Am I lactose intolerant?
In the morning when I wake up, I can't eat any dairy products or I'll throw up and have intense stomach pains... If I eat something more solid first then I can have dairy first but I can't eat it on an empty stomach. Sometimes even if I've eaten first I will vomit up yogurt for no reason and have stabbing pains in my stomach for about an hour... Can you help?
