I am currently working in a co where I have resigned but from past few days I don't feel like doing anything seems like my brains will burst and I feel low and stressed all the times though not suicidal am I in depression? What should I do

Loosing a job always affects us. If we live present job for some other job with better perspective then also we feel bad due to our attachment with colleagues and work routine. You may be little anxious about your future and days to come and sometimes this lead to indecisiveness and heaviness in head. I think that as you have resigned you might have thought before hand and other job might be waiting for u , till then Start regular exercise, cultivate a hobby, meet friends, keep yourself engaged this will help you. If the problem persists meet a professional.
