Am I diabetic
On testing sugar levels 6 month ago my fasting was 136, n pp was 125 n urine sugar nil. 2 days ago on my check up blood sugar fasting 144 n pp 139 urine sugar nil. Pls advise if I need to take medication ..any other tests required to confirm if I'm diabetic

You should get your HbA1C done for conformation though the fasting is undoubtedly high. You need to start treatment in consultation with a diabetologist.
