I am 41 year old, after annual
health checkup:-
- my
triglycerides-305 but ratio is 4.5.
-Blood
sugar level fasting 250, pp 200.
I got the test repeated within a week , blood sugar level decreased -fasting 183, pp 220.
(Now I have sharply reduced the sugar intake , take walk 30-40 minutes a day). So within a week sugar levels decreased with increase in physical activity and decrease in intake.
Am I diabetic or with this change of lifestyle things will improve?
