Am I covid positive or it's my pregnancy
Hello, My LMP was 25 march 21, in pregnancy test I m positive which I done day before yesterday and from yesterday night I am feeling body ache , little cough and mild fever (99). I have taken dolo 650 in morning and afternoon . After taken dolo temperature come down. But I am worried about corona virus. Last 3_4 days feeling vomiting. Am I covid positive or it's my pregnancy symptoms?
