Am having a neck pain for more than 3 mt
Am having a neck pain for d past 2-3 months, due to which i sometime feel dat am loosing balance. Doctors suggested Xray & d report was ok. Later on dey said check eye sight & i started wearing specs bt still d issue is not resolved. Am not able to talk on phone for more dan 3 mins. It's irritating & spains also. Plz suggest

Most of the times such pains are due to Stress, eye strain, or even Migraine. In your cars it could be due to stress or Tension. Very rarely it could be due to something significant like an infection or tumor.
Take mild anelgesics with Antacid and rest.
If the pain is progressively increasing or associated with weakness or numbness in hand or legs, you need to consult a Neuro Specialist and possibly an MRI of the spine.
