Am geting acne on my chin

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi, Am getting big big acne on my chin and on the space between lip and nose, I do Drink lot water still.. I have tested Protein,Kidney functioning test,Cholesterol, Uric acid and thyroid and everything is normal can u please suggest some remedy
