Hi... Just consult a Psychologist and start taking Counselling Sessions on weekly basis. It seems you are suffering from stress and anxiety. This anticipation of a negative consequence is a sign of an underlying conflict, fear, guilt, despair, stress, etc., which is occupying space in your subconscious/unconscious mind. Psychotherapy/Counselling is the best method of treatment.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Lifestyle Guidance and Interpersonal Counselling is required.
