It will a half baked opinion without doing a proper diagnostic nasal endoscopy (visualization of nasal passages using an endoscope). But by symptoms you are more likely to have allergic rhinitis and should receive a topical treatment for few months. Morning sneezes can also indicate allergy to house dust mite (HDM).. If symptoms do not improve then a skin prick test to narrow down suspected allergen should be done.
Next Steps
Please visit an ENT OPD and consult a specialist.
Health Tips
Don't use decongestant drops e.g. otrivin etc. available freely in medical stores. They will cause side effects..
