Always drowsy
I always feel so drowsy. I feel like I'll faint by any moment. I get headaches so quickly. I was hospitalized about six months ago cause of low BP issues. My diet is quite fine. But am a regular smoker . what is to be suggested?

Kindly stop smoking. Drink at least 3litres of water in a day. Regular walk. Eat healthy home made food.

Your smoking habit and ur anxiety is linked I believe.... If you can handle ur anxiety u can even mange the habit!!... If possible do consult a Psychologist and get rid of this issue.

Hi..... Self-care measures can help ease the pain of a headache. Try muscle relaxation exercises. Relaxation may help ease the pain of a headache. Relaxation techniques may include progressive muscle relaxation, meditation or yoga. Get enough sleep, but don't oversleep. Get an adequate amount of sleep each night. It's best to go to bed and wake up at regular times, as well. Rest and relax. If possible, rest in a dark, quiet room when you feel a headache coming on.
