Altitude Mountain Sickness
I'm 23 year old healthy male from Bangalore and am planning to visit Ladakh in a months time. As I will be heading an altitude of 18,000 ft. above sea level and there is a certain possibility of AMS, please suggest me the precautions I need to take. Also please suggest if it is necessary to visit a doctor and get any check ups before my travel.
