Alternate for breastfeeding
I have to resume work my daughter is 3 months old she is on breasfeeding completely.I need some alternative for breastmilk as I will not be able to come home in the middle of work to feed her

If possible its better to avoid going to work till your baby became 5 months old tiil breastfeeds may be continued and you can start weaning diet at 6 months
If no options to postpone better to start expressed breast millk if u hav surpulous milk secretions else Formula feeds can be given when you r at work and continue breast feeding while at home
