This could b Sebopsoriasis. It is the name for a condition that is an overlap of psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis in which symptoms of both conditions are exhibited. It is typically found on the face and scalp and appears as red bumps and yellow, slightly greasy scales. Treatment of sebopsoriasis involves addressing both psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis. This often includes trying a variety of treatments and testing to see what your skin best responds to. Conventional anti dandruff shampoos wont work. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
