Alopecia areta

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I have alopecia areta ,but after medications it's growth is stoped .But my hair and beard is not going back propery .please suggest any hair or skin clinic inside lucknow immediately.plz Today i had a flow of blood [ drops] from my scalp . I had used monooxidile 5%,it's useful but the doctor i am consulting with stoped it and gived me some tablet and lotions

Greetings. Firstly,do not panic. Since the patches are not progressing, u don't need aggressive treatment. Just intralesional steroids for the existing patches would suffice along with tacrolimus 0.1â cream and minoxidil. U can visit any qualified Dermatologist near ur place, for ur problem. Regards
