Alopecia areta
Hi doctor , I have alopecia areta problem since 2015 was on regular treatment from then. Now it became severe. I was working in a night shift , but recently before a month resigned that job. I have smoking habit (2 cigarettes PD) . Kindly help me out with intake food , medication or treatment. My doctor advised to take HVT treatment , I am undergoing that currently.

Greetings - alopecia areata is a chronic and recurrent problem - you need to first understand the nature of this condition. It is an autoimmune disorder. You need to see a qualified dermatologist for regular treatment - which I guess you are already doing. i am not aware of full form of HVT treatment - so I am sorry - i am unable to comment on it.
