Alopecia Areata Problem

Asked for Male, 23 Years

Today morning I found that on my head a clump of hair fall out, resulting in totally smooth, round hairless patches on the scalp. Its looking weird .. I think it's Alopecia Areata.. I'm just 23 years old and not even having any family hair loss program. What's the reason behind it? How can I cure this problem? Will my hair come back ? Will it spread in scalp? Should I consult someone? But whom?
