Alopecia areata (beard region)

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have this patch which started next to my right cheek and keeps spreading in 2 other places now. I am worried it may spread to my head also. It has been nearly 2 months and still I have it. I was given a ointment by a doctor and I use it regularly but still I don't see any progress. Can you please help me with this?
