I am suffering from allergy sinusitis from 5yrs but I have done allergy test but no allergy but nasal spray is not effective but some doctors telling do surgery but some doctors telling not required congestion is more night and early morning

your CT scan is showing nasal septal deviation and turbinate hypertrophy and ethmoidal sinusotis.
allergy can be controlled by prevention and medicines, nasal congestion / blockage can be relieved by nasal surgery.
