Allergy and Rashes on skin

Asked for Female, 2 Years

My pet dog(actually a bitch) has been suffering with some rashes and allergy from last 3-4 days. Her skin has become red due to allergy and rashes. I don't know how it happened. I've put betadin liquid on her rashes. But she licked all of it. What to do?
