Allergies, bronchitis
My son gets allergies like running nose , sneezing, phlegm. Due to this, he gets viral fever.. his appetite becomes low tat time.. past 3months, continuously he is affecting with this problem.

At 3 years of age it is more likely that your child is suffering from a viral ailment and not allergies. Suggest you discuss with your paediatrician, the use of saline nasal washes along with probiotics to strengthen your child's immune system.
