I have been having cold almost everyday since 4+ years now. It used to be mild before but now it brings a headache with it. And if I fail to get any meds, I get sore throat & body pain the next day. Answer is in your question itself. There is no permanent cure for allergic rhinitis which you are suffering from. You need to take regular medication. Best and the safest are the steroid nasal sprays. Don't expect somebody to cure your allergy. It may go on its own after some years
