Allergic cough and cold from last 7 year
I have allergic cold and cough from last 7 years. Once I suffer it takes 15-20 days.the cough is so dangerous that makes pain in throat.

First of all you need to identify the trigger for you allergy and avoid it if possible. Next you need to determine if the allergy had caused any permanent changes like sinusitis or chronic pharyngitis and tackle it appropriately.
