My 2.9 year old daughter startef getting cough every month when we were in UK
After coming back to india 2 months back, she got v bad cough twice.
Doctor prescribed nebulization with budecort and Levolin twice a day for 15 days.
Now to avoid it recurring doctor asked to do budecort 0.5 nebulization once a day for three weeks.
My question is will this dose and duration of treatment affect her growth.

No,it doesn't.
Having said that, giving budecort once a day is absolutely USELESS,stop it.
By your description,it seems she has asthma, which is recurrent due to allergy to inhaled substances, commonest being dust and smoke, try to avoid.
Long term treatment may need inhaled steroids, but NOT this one.
Plz consult another paediatrician or a chest physician.
