All time my belly is out and tight
I am fed up of my stomach. I m doing sitting job and keep on eating biscuits meanwhile. And having green tea only twice a day. Having warm lemon water empty stomach in the morning. I don't what is the actual problem of still tightening my stomach. Kindly suggest me proper diet of breakfast lunch and dinner as I m eating Only citrus fruits at night and green tea. These routine is going on since last week.
