Hi... May be this has started happening now because you are again in an unknown territory. Lot's of young adults get addicted to porn during their full time residential undergraduate degree. The reason is very simple. They are first time living alone in a campus/hostel setting. No one is there to watch over their daily activities or routine. No cares about what they are doing online/offline. How much time they are continuously spending on unproductive activities. The degree and competition is also very high. Everyone is of the same age group and similar competencies. It is hard to find a place in such a social setting. In such an environment, porn becomes an easy escape to reality and provides immediate satisfaction, sexual at least. It doesn't demands any social skills, intelligence, or talent. It is easy and accessible. So it quickly becomes addictive. This issue went away when you started doing a job and all your time and energy was getting consumed by your work life. But now when you're again back to preparing for civil services, which is again a highly competitive and lonely place to be as a young adult, you are again experiencing the urge to satisfy your fears and loneliness by the same simplest method of watching porn. Your mind is replaying what it has learned previously in a similar situation.
