All test are normal but left chest pain
In left chest I feel pain sir for 2 to 5 seconds ago and it’s gone. I have done my ecg and echo this week and tmt 2 weeks before all are normal I don't no what to do pls help

Your symptoms suggest that the pain is not Cardiac. If ECG 2-D Echo and TMT or normal, we have sufficient investigations to say that it is non cardiac.
This pain should be more likely muscular skeletal, it is advised to give hand rest, local hot water for mentation, analgesic gel is to be applied, and if required you can meet a physician.

Pain lasting seconds is non cardiac. The normal cardiac evaluation adds that your pain is not related to heart.
Avoid anxiety.
