Greetings, sorry about your concern. I definitely want to help you, but your questions are not clear.  What kind of assistance do you need?  I will assume  questions from your post. 1.  Want to reduce pain. For rheumatoid patients a strict diet should be maintained just because your inflammatory state should be low, ie esr and ra factors.  Only diet will help to reduce inflammation in body.  If inflammatory state is maintained low pain will also be reduced.  They are related to each other. 2. What diet to eat. If you can get details of what you eat,can suggest a perfect diet.
Next Steps
to reduce pain exercise is mandatory as joint get stuck to each other, so move all joints as often as possible. this also helps reduce esr and ra factor.

In your condition, you need to go for daily warmup exercises for all the joints and consultant a nearest physiotherapist he will guide you all.
