Nothing to worry regarding Alkaline Phosphatase levels
But considering that u have constipation and hard stools they may cause anal fissure which causes bleeding and pain
In ur age I don't think u will have haemorrhoids
But need further history to comment about Pain abdomen
Can be due to simple constipation or indigestion also can be IBS or IBDs
