Does alcohol anticraving drug have serious side-effect on nervous system and nerves .what sort of psychological therapy are are needed for lowering alcohol craving

No. Anticraving drugs don't have common neurological side effects and are much safer than the alternative (alcohol). There are psychotherapies like cognitive coping therapy, relapse prevention therapy, etc for same.

No ..but some time after taking alchol suppose you will consume alcohol then it may cause some serious side effects..like raised Heartbeat , restlessness
