Good evening..
better to take before ovulation or after 5th month of pregnancy..
usually we do not advise in early pregnancy as there are few we shows it’s not advisable to give during the formation of baby.
Next Steps
Better avoid . As it is not important to take this at this point of time .
Can Start Tab. Folvite 5 mg daily for good development of baby..
