Hi,
Is it safe to take ALA supplement during pregnancy ? I have heard this is basically an antioxidant but would like to know if it's safe to consume during pregnancy

It depends on what conditions you have been prescribed the drug .. do not take any other supplements or medications other than those doctors prescribed .. kindly stick to the prescription for 9 months
