Denture you can get easily made. but if you want implant then you have to get some tests done . If the reports are normal then it can be done.

A full mouth xray will be good to see bone support around the remaining teeth. Dentures can then be planned depending on the longevity of the teeth

Considering your medical status going for dentures would be a better option. However if your physician and dentist certifies that you are fit for implant procedures you can go ahead. Visit your dentist and he/she will advise you some diagnostic investigations to assess your suitability for implant procedure.
