Taking galvus 50mg(salt_VILDAGLIPTIN) twice daily and the sugar is under control.Can replace GALVUS 50mg with TENGLYM 20mg(salt_TENELYGLIPTIN).

These two medicine are different but belong to same class. You can replace but need to monitor blood sugar as teneligiptin may not be as effective as vildagliptin.
