After wax pores on legs

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I'm 20 yrs old female & i have a lot of ingrown hairs on my legs. Hardly 2 days after i have waxed my legs look ok ok n then again they look hairy with alot of pores open... N in some places 2 hairs grow from a single follicle.. The moment i am reaching is the only one when my legs look a bit good n after an hour, pores start to develop slowly n day by day the pores become huge... I'm really irritated of these hair on legs.... I can't even wear a capree or 3/4th ...
