A week after vaccination has our body immunity very compromised....so special care must have to be taken.
Just for 7 days after vaccination maintain proper distance from everyone who you think has even a milder symptoms.

Quarantine is not required after vaccination.Also it is not recommended to check antibody levels after vaccination.
