APCOD is not a hormone preparation. It is in the group of Neutriceutical. You got your periods on the 22nd day of your last cycle. It was an anovulatory cycle. You should try for follicular study when you have been on this medicine for 2-3 months. Then further treatment can be planned.

If there is no follicle upto 14 days then your cycle is anovulatory.
