After normal delivry how much time take to heal stitches at lower..can I feed the child while sitting because its very painful and somuch bleeding..or give powder milk to newborn baby

Lower stitches heal within 8 to 10 days. If there is pain or excessive bleeding consult your gynaecologist. You can try sitz bath 2 to 3 times in a day Avoid sitting cross leg. While feeding take back support. Don't give top feeds to baby. **Exclusive breast feed baby for atleast 6 month**
