I have gone through all the above surgery 15 Days back... currently I am using nasoclear buy every time I use it blood clots comes out.. it's long time is it normal ??
And also whenever I take steam and clots comes out I feel sudden weakness..so is this normal???

Yes. Your Surgeon is doing a great job by advising you Nasoclear Nasal Washes. I suggest you keep using it at least once daily every evening for at least 6 months.
Steam can trigger the trigeminal nerve causing the sudden exhaustion, even fainting spells...best avoided.
