After ivf treatment her first beta blood test is positive. She is very excited. But my worry is that if blood test is positive that means she will sure be delivered baby or chances of miscarriage will be high in future.

Hello chances of miscarriage are less consult obg or ivf specialist for further queries she is conceived for sure but many complications might occur if everything goes fine she will definitely deliver.
