After gallbladder surgery
After 6 months of gallbladder removal I have acidity problem all the time stomach discomfort, backpain, stomach pain. After eating sometimes I feel shortness of breath. I eat small portions of food but in spite of that I feel acidity. After surgery life is like a hell. I did endoscopy Also. I have mild gastritis with rut positive. I completed the course of medicines last month. What should I do? I am worried about my digestive system. Please suggest. Could you please tell me diet chart after 6 months of gallbladder surgery? How to overcome this tough time?

• Avoid oily fried and spicy food • avoid lemon orange tamarind • Avoid cabbage  cauliflower lentil milk to prevent bloating • donot lie immediately after having food •  sit atleast 1 hour after food • have 75% stomach  full of food and leave 25%empty for digestion • have 5 small meals instead of 3 large meals •  lie on left side while sleeping •  keep your head end  elevated while sleeping
