After Covid Heart issue
I have recovered from Covid. Its been 2 weeks now Sometimes I feel heart palpitations. It happens 2-3 times a day. Majorly noticable at night. Then I become anxious and have breathing issue also. After taking a walk, I feel normal. My covid was very mild. I have done my d dimer test after 7 days of being positive. Is it normal?

Hi. Yes your D-dimer levels are totally normal. As far as I can judge from your history , your  palpitations seems to be due to anxiety and stress. So just relax, you have recovered  from  covid now. So be happy  that you have come out of Covid infection. Keep yourself well hydrated and take good healthy diet as post covid weakness can take sometime to resolve completely.

Hi. Your symptoms may be due to post covid fatigue, weakness and deconditioning. If the pain improves on walking unlikely it is heart related. The D dimer level is normal as per your report.
Next Steps
Try relaxing techniques. Eat well. Keep yourself hydarted. You could check your Hemoglobin and Thyroid profile if not checked earlier.
