Covid guidelines suggests to maintain distance up to 14days , meaning quarantine of 14days...
Once recoved completely after covid then one can continue with normal life..

At least for 2-3 weeks. Depending upon how early diseased persons became asymptomatic. Give at least gap of 1 week after being asymptomatic.
