I am a 35 year old woman, who have had a Laparoscopic cholecystectomy 2 months back - Aug end. The area undery right breast, through the lower ribcage lining/edge has always been sore and painful since then.. yesterday the whole area was paining - right from inside the under-bust, inside the lining of the rib cage, traveling to side of the body. The pain is throbbing pain like we have when we have a boil..Is this normal muscle pain?

It is not normal muscle pain.
It suggests some raw tissue in the abdominal cavity. It could be in the peritoneal surface or some injury to the abdominal wall muscles which got injured during the passage of the trocar. It could be some infection or haematoma at the under surface of the liver.
I suggest you should get a sonography of the upper abdomen done and consult with your Laparoscopy Surgeon who did the Lap-chole.
