Hi, A lady can have a regular well balanced diet post delivery. Exceptions should be pulses and cruciferous vegetables like Cabbage, Cauliflower, Broccoli etc. which are difficult to digest and gas forming. This also can be taken if a woman is comfortable with these foods. Foods like curd, Cucmber,Apple, and other fruits and vegetables can definately be taken.
