Do not worry at all, check Spo2 level every 8 hours and continue medication as suggested and no need of any test at all and test will be negative after 15 days. Regards, Dr sahoo

Keep monitoring the oxygen level and temperature. Continue the medications adviced by doctor. For weakness take plenty of fluids and the following supplements: A to Z immune capsule: 1 cap once daily after meal for 1 month and Uprise D3 60 K cap: 1 cap once a week after meal for 8 weeks. Weakness might persist for sometime but nothing to worry as such just take proper healthy diet and rest . Repeat COVID test is not mandatory.
Next Steps
Incase of emergency consult under practo in case of emergency!
