My wife is 30 weeks of pregnant and her AFI index is 9.8 now which was 9.5 at 29 weeks. she underwent Alamin and steroid injection treatment since a week for low AFI. Even then it has only increased a bit. We are planning take her to my in laws house for better care which is 5 hours far from our current location. Does traveling affect my wife's AFI value. Can she travel at this situation or should she be closely watched? Kindly advise

All your AFI reports are normal.
She should have no problem traveling at this stage.
If train services are available, then please let her travel by train. It is far safer than travelling by road.
