You might be suffering from otitic barotrauma which occurs at high altitude. It may result in collection of fluid in the middle ear which is known as otitis media with effusion. It may take months to recover. You should do regular valsalva maneuver and use anti cold medicines for few days. Usually it will recover spontaneously
