Acne, needs regular skin care routine along with proper antibiotics, exfoliants.
Acne TREATMENT IS BASED ON SEVERETY GRADE, If not treated early or under treated with plain clindamycin, acne can progress to pustular and nodular acne damaging dermis of skin, causing hyperpigmentation(black spots) and deep pits(scars).
Normal Sunscreens can block follicles and increase acne.
So, use NON-COMEDOGENIC SUNSCREENS ONLY with SPF50+ which won't increase acne.

Health Tips
general skin care for acne: Use gentle cleanser for washing face 2-3 times daily(as harsh cleansing can damage skin and increase infection of acne)
Apply moisturizer immediately after washing face, to retain moisture in skin as healthy skin needs it. (Moisture and oily skin is different)
After moisturizer, apply sunscreen during day time.
Use only NON-COMEDOGENIC sunscreen( as other sunscreen will block follicles and increase acne)
Early treatment will always prevent PIGMENTATION and scars.
wash/change your towel every 2 days.
change your pillow cover every 5 days.
Do not frequently touch your face with hands.
DO NOT SQUEEZE the lesions, as it damages dermis of skin, causing DEEP SCARS AND PIGMENTATION, which is difficult to treat.
Avoid plain clindamycin as it increases chances of resistance.. some sunscreens can cause increase in acne also especially if they are thick and clog the pores.. melaglow cream perse will not cause increase in acne..
