Sir When my daughter 4 year old sleep a sliva type matter running from his mouth. Some time he have stomach pain also. Please advice Regards Imran Alam

That's normal. Anyways you should deworm every 6-12 months, so give Syp. Albendazole 400mg once at night for 1 dose only.
