Advice for anxiety/OCD medicine

Asked for Male, 27 Years

I have diagnosed with excessive overthinking/anxiety by my psychologist, continuous emotions and thoughts come in my mind I want to take a SSRI type medicine , which SSFI would you suggest with dosage how much mg ?
